Eager to visit the beach
Owen (9188A)Owen is a smart young guy who always tries his best in school! He made the honor roll this year, which is something that’s made him very proud. While he enjoys learning in every subject, his favorite is definitely history. He could spend all day reading about World War II! He is a hard worker and is happy spending a day outdoors enjoying nature or maybe chopping up some firewood (with supervision, of course!).
Owen wants a mother to give him “kisses on the cheek and hugs,” and a father who will play sports with him. And he loves the idea of traveling to places like the beach, so he hopes his adoptive family wants to visit the ocean!
Owen would do well in either a one-parent or two-parent home and would be happy with older brothers or sisters who he can look up to. He thrives on structure, so a family with a consistent schedule that doesn’t change day to day would be a great benefit to Owen. He would love living in the country because he loves the outdoors and having space to run around. Church is important to him and he would like to find a family that shares his faith. He hopes for a family that likes to travel and do activities together. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
