Independent animal-loving teen

Mia (9292)

Mia is an independent young lady who knows what she wants in life! When she sets her mind to a goal she’s definitely going to accomplish it. She is very helpful and caring and does particularly well with younger children — she would be a great big sister! Mia likes to work out her feelings through drawing, journaling, or painting. She recently made the honor roll in school which is an accomplishment she’s very proud of! She’s a big animal lover and if she gets to take care of some pets that’s her happy place!

Mia would do best in a two-parent home and would love a forever family that came with younger brothers or sisters so she can set a great example. Parents need to show patience and understanding during the transition. Parents who can help make education a priority are ideal. She will thrive in an environment of communication and support with rules and expectations that stay consistent. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
