Hard-working teen

Cas (9427)

An aspiring rapper, Cas can really drop some bars! He spends a lot of time on his computer synthesizing music and making sure he’s got the perfect beats to go along with his rhymes! He’s very athletic and enjoys his gym class the most — especially when they get to play basketball or dodgeball. Cas is a hard worker and likes to help out around the house to earn a little extra money; he’s really looking forward to getting his own job someday! He loves big dogs (well, any dogs, but the bigger the better!), and would be delighted if his family had one.

Cas would do well in either a one-parent or two-parent home and would love older brothers or sisters he can look up to. He does best in a structured home environment with expectations that don’t change day to day. He very much wants to be part of a family, and to have a place he can always call home. Cas has extended family with whom he would like to maintain a relationship; adoptive parents should be open to this and encourage it. Parents who can make communication a priority are ideal. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
