Always happy around animals
8769 (Ayla)
Ayla tells it like it is! She’s an open book and she’ll tell you exactly what she’s thinking and she’s got the convictions to back it up. Once you get to know her, you’ll find she warms up and is respectful to those around her, but she does expect that respect in return.
Ayla has a big soft spot for animals and she hopes to one day work in a pet store or even volunteer at a local animal shelter. She’s always happy to help out with pets around the house! Ayla enjoys staying active whether it’s attending church and its youth group each week or going to a camp. If she could go absolutely anywhere in the world, she’d love to visit Florida and maybe check out Disney World and the beach!
Ayla would do well in either a one-parent or two-parent home, but at least one of the parents needs to be female. She gets along with other children and wouldn’t mind having siblings, but she’ll thrive when given plenty of one on one attention to show her she’s special.
She would do best in a calm, relaxed environment with parents who want to spend time with her and do activities, but also understand she needs space and room to express her feelings. The transition into a forever home should be slow to give Ayla time to adjust. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
