Athletic go-getterAubrey (9337B)
Aubrey, who sometimes goes by Trey, loves sports…especially basketball! He could spend all day out on the court shooting hoops with his best friends. He’s a pretty outdoorsy kid, and likes to camp, fish and swim too – someday, he would love to swim with dolphins! When he’s not outside or playing a pickup game, he likes to relax by playing Playstation; he’s got a bunch of friends he plays games with online and they’re always happy to get together for some gaming!
Aubrey enjoys school, particularly language arts – he’s got a great teacher who motivates him to do his best. He works hard and tries to make sure he’s making everyone proud!
Aubrey would do best in a two-parent home without other children; if there are other children they need to be older by a few years so he gets plenty of attention and one-on-one time. He will thrive in a home with open, honest communication with parents who listen and understand. He hopes for active parents who like to do things together as a family. And he loves animals, so if the family has pets (or is open to getting a cat or dog), that’s totally fine in Aubrey’s book! Aubrey has a sister with whom he is very close; this relationship should be maintained as much as possible by the adoptive families. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
