Go with the flow
"I" (9457)
Preferring to really go with the flow, “I” is open to all sorts of new adventures. If those adventures include a chance for him to show off his basketball moves, even better! Like most teens, he loves and needs his independence and is looking forward to getting his own job so he can demonstrate how responsible he can be with that independence. He enjoys a chill environment and just hanging out with his friends and family. “I” is very funny and likes to make people laugh with all sorts of jokes (and he’s got a ton!).
“I” would do best in a two-parent home without other children so he gets plenty of attention and support. He does well in a structured environment with rules and expectations that don’t change day to day. It is important to “I” that his parents treat him with respect, include him in decisions that impact him, and allow him a certain level of independence. Parents who make communication a priority and show patience with typical teenage behaviors are ideal. He has a brother with whom he would like to remain in contact. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
