Vigo County (Region 8) Parent Support Group: Exploring Youth Nutritional Needs

February 8 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Note: This support group is only open to Lifeline Youth & Family Services families. It is not open to the general public. Lifeline Youth & Family Services offers post-adoption services to Indiana families who have adopted, whether they adopted through DCS or privately. Families who adopted out of state (or even internationally) who now reside in Indiana are eligible for post-adoption services. If you are in need of post-adoption services, please visit https://www.indianaadoptionprogram.org/pas/.

Topic: Exploring Youth Nutritional Needs

Registration is required for the “Exploring Youth Nutritional Needs Support Group for Vigo County.” Please register by emailing supportgroups8@lifelineyouth.org. When registering, please provide the names of those planning to attend, which Support Group you’d like to attend, and if you need child care. Lifeline can provide child care for in-person support groups upon request.

Benefits of joining a resource group:

  1. Receive support and training to help strengthen your relationship with adoptive, foster, or kinship children in your home. You receive your required training credit hours by attending Lifeline’s support groups.
  2. Get to know your Family Case Managers, Foster Care Specialists, and Adoption Specialists so we can better meet your family’s needs.
  3. Meet other resource parents experiencing the same challenges and rewards that come with being a resource parent.
