During this session, parents and guardians will learn the crucial position they have when it comes to their children and teens experiences within issues of conflict and bullying.  Participants will learn exactly why bullying relationships form – this will help them see the underlying issues that some children face (and effectively solutions to end this sort of behavior).

Kathleen will teach a simple problem solving method so that parents and guardians can learn a way to help their kids develop conflict management skills – productively ending conflict and proactively ending bullying.  Kathleen will have some tips on handling youth conflict with teachers and administrators so that conversation can flow productively between adults.
