Heart to Heart Conference

Indiana Family to Family’s Virtual Heart to Heart Conference is a day of learning and support for families and those caring for or serving children or youth with additional health and education needs or disabilities information in language they can understand. As parents of children with additional health and education needs, we understand the unique challenges you face and consider Heart to Heart an extension of the one-on-one support we provide families across Indiana.
